Each default pointer has a different hotspot, where an effect or action in the image begins. With most tools, you can switch to precise cursors, which appear as cross hairs centered around the hotspot.
In most cases, the pointer for a tool is the same as the icon for that tool; you see that pointer when you select the tool. The default pointer for the marquee tools is the cross-hair pointer ; for the text tool, the default pointer is the I‑beam ; and for the painting tools the default pointer is the Brush Size icon.

  1. Choose Edit > Preferences > Cursors (Windows) or choose Photoshop > Preferences > Cursors (Mac OS).

  2. Choose tool pointer settings under Painting Cursors or Other Cursors:

    Displays pointers as tool icons.

    Displays pointers as cross hairs.

    Normal Brush Tip
The pointer outline corresponds to approximately 50% of the area that the tool will affect. This option shows the pixels that would be most visibly affected.

    Full Size Brush Tip
The pointer outline corresponds to nearly 100% of the area that the tool will affect, or nearly all the pixels that would be affected.

    Show Crosshair In Brush Tip
Displays cross hairs in the center of the brush shape.

    Show Only Crosshair While Painting
    Improves performance with large brushes.

  3. Click OK.

The Painting Cursors options control the pointers for the following tools:
Eraser, Pencil, Paintbrush, Healing Brush, Rubber Stamp, Pattern Stamp, Quick Selection, Smudge, Blur, Sharpen, Dodge, Burn, and Sponge tools
The Other Cursors options control the pointers for the following tools:
Marquee, Lasso, Polygonal Lasso, Magic Wand, Crop, Slice, Patch, Eyedropper, Pen, Gradient, Line, Paint Bucket, Magnetic Lasso, Magnetic Pen, Freeform Pen, Measure, and Color Sampler tools

This has a good level of detail and is step by step. But you don't have any screen shots to help explain the process.

Women in rap videos

Women In Music Videos

Women in music videos are shown as being nothing more than just for appearances and eye candy for the viewers pleasure. The artists in the video which is usually men can mean that they have to have girls dolled up that wear clothes that are revealing and dancing in sexual ways. some girls can do be in the videos and do that for money but other girls go there just for the popularity and to have sex with the music artist.

the manager of the music videos put advertisements on  social networks to get girls to come along and be in the movie shoot. Other artists can lie to say that they would get paid but don't and just do it for nothing e.g. Digital Dan. the girls in the video can some what be manipulated by the artists and be his puppet. Some of the girls take the subject to court on the fact of them being sexually assaulted.

Some girls can come from around the world from good backgrounds and still want to be in these things as a model but some girls can be shown as a civilized and intelligent women e.g. Tashy Jay. She was shown as a successful music artist and has a very good reputation but even thought she is doing well she lied and did let herself go to the artist. The artist can say that they are not being forced to do anything so if they wanted to leave they can but it can be shown differently when it comes to peer pressure.

What you have here is good but not really on the correct subject, its not really focused on music videos.  Also you are not using any examples to explain your points.

T: Look at music videos and respond to the statements set. Make key points and fully explain them using multiple specific examples. Pick out all of the technical aspects (Mise-en-scene, editing, lyrics etc)
